MESSAGE FROM OUR NEW DISTRICT MANAGER
August 31, 2026
Beulah Community,
As many of you are aware, our Community has experienced approximately Nine Water Main breaks over the past two weeks. We understand the inconvenience and frustration these unexpected issues can cause, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to address them.
Our Field Services Team, led by Chris Walker, Water Superintendent, along with Justin Arwood Field Supervisor and Field Operators Chris Mayo, Todd Trammell, and Mekell Smith, immediately responded to each incident, working diligently to mitigate the immediate issues and restore service as quickly and safely as possible.
Following these incidents, our team conducted a thorough investigation to identify a potential root cause. Their investigation has led us to a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) that may be contributing to the increased frequency of these breaks. Our team is currently preparing to replace the PRV as part of our efforts to address the underlying issue and improve the reliability of our water system.
While our Field Services Department may be a small team, their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to serving our rapidly growing community are anything but small. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our residents continued to have access to safe, reliable drinking water and that issues were addressed as quickly as possible.
We are incredibly proud of Chris, Justin, Chris, Todd, and Mekell and the hard work they continue to put in on behalf of our community.
Thank you, Beulah, for your continued patience, support, and understanding. We are committed to providing you with the quality service and reliable water system our community deserves.
