New Online Customer Portal

Beginning June 9th, 2026, our customers will use our new online payment portal to view billing, payments and usage history, view bills and manage payment preferences.

The new portal provides real-time balance visibility, and payments made through the site will post immediately to the accounts.

Customers using AutoPay will need to register and re-enroll in AutoPay and text payment options if they wish to continue using those services.

Please access the new portal using this link: beulahutilitiesdistrict.payub.com or on our website.  It will NOT be available until June 9th!

The new portal offers a simple one-time payment experience for customers who prefer not to enroll in recurring payments.
