The WEBPAY service for Beulah Utilities District is being updated. The current Pay N Seconds WEBPAY service will be disabled on June 9th. You will need to re-register your WEB PROFILE to continue this service. Please note that to enroll in AUTOPAY or TEXTPAY, you must have a zero balance on your account. For verification purposes, you will be required to input your Customer Number and PIN.
With Text Pay:
The current PNS TXTPAY service for Beulah Utilities District will be disabled on June 9th. You will need to re-register your WEB ACCT & re-enroll in TXTPAY to continue this service. To enroll in TXTPAY, you must have a zero balance. You will need your Customer Number and PIN for verification.
With Autopay:
The current Pay N Seconds AUTOPAY service for Beulah Utilities District will be disabled on June 9th. Once the old portal has been disabled, you will receive an email stating your AUTOPAY has been cancelled. You will need to re-register your WEB PROFILE & re-enroll in AUTOPAY to continue this service. Please note that to enroll in AUTOPAY, you must have a zero balance on your account. For verification purposes, you will be required to input your Customer Number and PIN.
